Brief Description:

- Pipe (2" to 8") and fitting are XX strong schedule
- Pre-fabrication pipe spool at Yard.
o Process with GTAW and SMAW welding.
o 100% Post – weld heat treatment.
o 100% X-ray testing on welding joint
o Surface preparation by sand blasting and painting with Zinc Rich Epoxy

- Installation on platform:
o Assembly on site.
o Hydrostatic pressure test up to 5500 PSI.
o Flushing all flow-line
o Touch-up.
